   Medicare generally will only cover Medically necessary expenses.  It will not cover cosmetic surgery.  Since a "tummy tuck" is usually not medically necessary, it is doubtful that the procedure would be covered, so unless your doctor can show a sound medical reason for the procedure I wouldn't count on it being covered
