I've seen renter's insurance as low as $7.00/mo. and the sky's the limit on the upper side. The cost for renters insurance is based on many factors. Some of factors are geography, amount of coverage needed, and credit score just to name a few. To get a real idea of what renters insurance would cost you contact your local agent and discuss your needs with them.

Like other forms of insurance, premium is based upon coverage and other risk factors as applied by the insurance company offering the policy.  Your Insurance Professional is a great resource to help you find the policy that best suits your needs and budget.  In general, plan on a policy that will cover you properly that will cost  only a few hundred dollars annually.  Remember to ask about multi policy discounts too!
