    The most that you can contribute to a Roth IRA is $5,500 per year or $6,500 per year if you are age 50 and older.  If you have funds that are qualified for a roll-over to a Roth IRA there isn’t a limit to that transaction.  The Roth option is increasingly popular as people are apprehensive about lower tax rates in the future.
