		<description><![CDATA[Not sure where you live, but here in CT, Insurance Policies need to be issued in the name (s) of the registered owners of a vehicle.  Therefore, if one or both of  your parents own the car, the policy would be issued in their name (s) and you would be listed on the policy as a rated driver of that car. If however, you are the registered owner of the car, then the policy needs to be issued in your name.]]></description>
