		<description><![CDATA[That is a great question! If you mean like by looking at your license plate, the answer is no. If you don&#039;t have proof of insurance when they pull you over though, you&#039;d better hope mightily that you don&#039;t live in one of the states that allows officers to check the national insurance database. Either way, if you don&#039;t have insurance when you are caught, you will pay dearly for it, and if you did, but couldn&#039;t prove it, you are most likely still going to have to pay a fine.
