		<description><![CDATA[Regardless of company underwriting policies, if a driver gets a speeding ticket and that results in two points on his record his premium will increase by a minimum of 20% in California because he would lose the good driver discount.  With two points most companies would increase his premium rather substantially.  The two points though can be really expensive.]]></description>
