		<description><![CDATA[Currently TMJ is not covered by some policies.  You need to check the exclusions in your policy.  With implementation of the Affordable Care Act in January this may change.  There will be fewer exclusions allowed.  If you are currently paying for your own insurance, look for premiums to increase as a result.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Starting in 2014, all pre-existing conditions, including TMJ, must be covered by health insurance companies. There can be no exclusions, waiting periods or extra fees charged for any type of condition (other than smoking).

State Exchanges will become operational by October when the Open Enrollment begins. Each state will have their own Exchange Marketplace and  you may be eligible for a federal tax subsidy.]]></description>
