		<description><![CDATA[Not everybody is covered on a health insurance policy because they either choose not to, or they can not afford coverage.

Those two situations have been addressed with the Affordable Care Act, which will provide tax subsidies to low-income earners and also tax any person that does not buy qualified health insurance.
