		<description><![CDATA[Earth movement is a specific exclusion in most homeowner’s policies.  This is such an issue that some insurance companies have withdrawn from states in which this occurs.  Insurance policies are carefully crafted to identify specific risks; however, this is a risk that hasn’t been appropriately addressed.  It will probably take a court to determine where coverage, if any, might exist. ]]></description>
