		<description><![CDATA[Your homeowner’s policy covers damage caused by specified perils.  The policy lists those perils and they almost always include fire, wind, and hail and can include a laundry list of other perils.  The key is that the damage must have been sustained by one of those perils.  Excluded perils are generally flood and earthquake.
