		<description><![CDATA[It makes sense to buy Long Term Care Insurance if you can afford the premium without giving up quality of life. If you are already on Medicaid or have very little income or assets, Medicaid will soon pay for your long term care, if it is needed. You will not have the choices of care that you would by having Long Term Care Insurance, but spending money you don&#039;t have for LTCI premiums, in my opinion, is an unnecessary sacrifice for a need that may never occur.]]></description>
