		<description><![CDATA[Medicare Part D does not cover Viagra or other medications for ED (erectile dysfunction). I had a client that was prescribed Cialis, but not for ED... it was prescribed for a different medical reason. So his doctor wrote a note explaining the reason for the prescription and the client was able to get a drug exception. However, since the medication was not on the formulary, it was Tier 5 - so the client still had to pay 33% of the cost.]]></description>
