This is why Congress is looking for ways to reduce Medicare liability.

Congress has no clue how to manage such a program and their idea on how to reduce Medicare costs is to shift the costs to Medicare beneficiaries and providers. This means docs are paid less, and you pay more in the form of higher premiums and higher deductibles.]]></description>
