		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s actually easier to say what it DOESN&#039;t cover. With a Part B supplement, you would pay:

&#062; All hospital costs after day 365 
&#062; $148/day for days 21-100 in a Skilled Nursing Facility and all costs after day 100
&#062; $147 deductible against Part B services

Other than that, the Plan N would fill in the gaps for Original Medicare.]]></description>
