Medigap has 10 standardized Plans (A, B, C, D, F, G, K, L, M, N). There is not a Medigap Plan E available.

The two most popular Medigap Plans are Plan F and Plan G. Medigap Plan F will cover all Medicare approved charges (co-insurance, co-pays and deductibles). Medigap Plan G will also cover all Medicare approved charges (like Plan F) after satisfying the annual Part B deductible ($147 in 2014).
