		<description><![CDATA[The least expensive Medigap plan will almost always be the high-deductible plan F (Hi-F).  It&#039;s the exact same benefits as the regular plan F (which is generally the most expensive because it&#039;s the most comprehensive plan), except the Hi-F features a deductible ($2,140 in 2014 - this number can change from year to year).
