		<description><![CDATA[Renters insurance purchased by the tenant has liability protection coverage for that tenant. Should the tenant commit a wrongful act for example like their dog bit a friend the tenants insurance most likely will respond. If the tenant has no insurance the next person up the chain to be sued is the homeowner. So in that scenario the renters insurance does offer a level of protection to the homeowner.]]></description>
