    If you're referring to Medicare Supplements, there is only one "best"... and that is Part F. Plan F is the most comprehensive supplemental coverage. If Plan F is too pricey, then you might want to check Plan N, which has a few copays. You can also get a high deductible Plan F, in which you pay the $2000, then everything after that is covered. That premium is quite low - so if you're not really expecting much in the way of medical care, you've got choice of doctors, great protection after $2000, plus a low premium. Remember that if you get a Medicare Supplement, you'll also need to buy a Part D drug coverage...
