   Moderns standard issue Home Insurance policies provide coverage for a very broad range of perils. It is important to discuss the particular terms and conditions of your policy with your Insurance Professional. For the most part you will find that there are two very common perils for which a Homeowners' policy would provide no coverage. These two are Earth Movement and Flood. Coverage for earth movement may be able to be endorsed onto your policy but flood coverage is only available by the purchase of a Flood Insurance policy.
