   If you are covered by a "group plan" then you will have some coverage. How much-call the company and ask. If you have an individual policy the coverage is going to be even more limited and you need to call the company or give your information to the insurance clerk at the doctors office and have them verify coverage. The amount of coverage available for mental health is within the bounds of the "90 days lifetime maximum coverage as in Medicare.
