There is no more rule so to speak on pre-existing conditions. Everyone regardless of your current health issue, you will get coverage. The open enrollment period has ended and you can enroll into a plan in November. You may still qualify to enroll in a plan now if you have a life changing event during this special enrollment period (SEP).

Well, it used to be that pre-existing conditions would cause a rate up or denial but now with the Obamacare plans pre-existing conditions don't matter for underwriting. All health plans are guaranteed issue. The only problem now with Obamacare is the ever rising premiums and the decreasing number of companies and plans to choose from.
