   You problably could, but remember the coverage is typically very limited and may be subject to your policy deductible. Under these circumstances you deductible would typically be more than the value of the phone so it would not be worth while to turn in a claim for the missing phone. Please remember every policy is different. Read your policy completely to understand the coverage provided and any exclusions that may be contained within.
