A homeonwers insurance policy is typically an agreement between the insured and the carrier and in some cases a third party intrest ( such as a mortgage company ). This information to the best of my knowledge is not shared with the general public, in fact I believe in most cases can not be divulged to outside parties without the consent of the homeowner and possibly the other parties covered by the agreement. Each state has its own insurance regulations. To find out the regulations within your state contact your states insurance commisioner.
