What’s The Possibility Of Getting Comprehensive Auto Coverage On A Rebuilt Title?

Anything else I should know about insuring a rebuilt vehicle?

    This has been a hot topic in California.  Apparently, an insurance company cannot refuse to offer comprehensive coverage on a salvage titled car.  I suspect that this coverage isn’t available in other states but there doesn’t seem to be a provision to deny coverage in California.
