    Yes, you can get life insurance with sleep apnea. If your sleep apnea is mild and has been controlled by Cpap or some other treatment, and showed stability with a follow up sleep study a year or so later, you can be rated as good as Preferred with some carriers. Severe sleep apnea that does not have successful treatment is the worst case scenario. Contacting an agency with experience in writing life insurance for persons with sleep apnea will help you get the best rate.
