    It depends on the policy.  Many will pay for in home care and a few may even pay family members.  If you already own a long term care policy then you need to review it with your agent to determine what your policy covers.  If you do not and are considering purchasing long term care insurance then make sure it has a home health care provision.  Sit down with a good agent familiar with Care Resource Planning to find the best option for you.
