    USAA's website states that their long term care insurance is underwritten by John Hancock Life Insurance Company (USA). USAA Life General Agency (known in CA and NY as USAA Life and Health Insurance Agency) acts as an agent to provide long term care insurance to its members. Plans are not available in all states.
