    Generally speaking, you can not get glasses with Medicare. After cataract surgery, Medicare will pay for one pair of glasses. But if you are just purchasing eyeglasses to correct vision that is deteriorating due to age or other conditions, Medicare does not cover the cost of purchasing corrective lenses.
