    If you are collecting Social Security, your Medicare Part B premium will be deducted from your monthly Social Security check.

    Most people receive Medicare Part A at no charge so there would be no deductions.

    If you are not receiving Social Security, you will be billed on a quarterly basis for your Medicare premium(s).
