    Women who are age 30-39 can get one baseline mammogram on Medicare. From age 40 on, a yearly mammogram is paid for by Medicare for those who are on Medicare. If a mammogram is needed for diagnostic purposes, it will be covered by Medicare Part B and you would pay the Part B deductible.
