    It depends on how much Personal Property you have, and how many additional coverages you opt for. But for an average Renters policy in my agency they are usually somewhere between $10-20 a month. Some people spend that much on coffee in a day, but don't even consider protecting their personal belongings!

    If the questioner is referring to an annual policy, the answer is to divide the annual premium by 12. The more specific your question, the more specific the answer. I will go out on a limb now and elaborate by saying that some carriers may add a monthly fee for installments although that wasn't asked. The people who provide the answers and opinions here are not mind readers folks.
