About Me

Terry ran an oil service business for over 25 years before joining Lynn Company in 2007. He understands the challenges of a growing company and works with both small and large entities. He highlights inherent strengths and works to provide peace of mind to owners and their management teams. Ensuring that his clients are legislatively compliant is one of his priorities and strives to help provide a plan to promote healthy and happy employees, therefore, reducing stress and providing more time for owners.





Terry and his wife Debbie, have been married 28 years and have three sons. The eldest son, Tony, is married with two sons of his own. Chris Denesha is assistant Winemaker for Grandfather Winery. The youngest son Scott, recently completed his Culinary degree at Bakersfield College.





Baseball and golf are a few of Terry’s activities. Terry was a scholarship athlete at the University of California Santa Barbara in baseball and golf. Terry won the Kern County Amateur in 1987. He coached all three of his son’s teams throughout their baseball careers, and is currently coaching local softball and baseball teams in the community.





Terry attended North High School and Bakersfield College before receiving his Bachelors Degree in Business Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1982.
