    There are circumstances under which an insurance company might sue.  They might sue to recover damages that they paid to their policyholder when you were at fault.  The might sue to recover money paid to you that was paid under false pretenses.  They might sue you if you have attempted to defraud them by staging an accident, having multiple policies on the same car or other means.
