If you want to get coverage for major car insurance repairs, that would be covered by a car warranty. These can be purchased at the time of purchase or at a later time through certain carriers. If you do look into this option, be sure to check the company reviews online and through the Better Business Bureau as there is a great deal of customer dissatisfaction with many of these companies.
