   I have never seen any insurance carrier that will allow you to cancel an insurance policy online. Generally a written request that is signed and dated is required by almost if not every insurance company to properly cancel an insurance policy. This is both for the protection of the insurance company and the client. I suggest you call USAA to discuss what is necessary to terminate your policy.
