Can I Have Out Of State Car Insurance In Montana?

    When you move to Montana and register your car in the state then you have to switch your insurance to Montana. If your car is still registered in another state then you can keep that insurance providing it has the same limits or higher Montanan liability limits for minimum are 25,000/ 50,000/ 10,000   But If you have moved to  Montana then you need to register your car in Montana you have I believe 30 days to register your car in the state once you have moved here.
