First of all auto insurance is typically sold in six month or one year terms. There are a few carriers that provide month to month coverage. The rate that you pay for coverage could vary greatly depending the amount and types of coverage chosen. I would say that the lowest rate for liability only auto coverage that I have seen was about $200/6 mo. which would make on it around $8.33/wk.
