Is There Car Insurance For Drivers Who Don’t Own Vehicles?
- 225 POINTSview profileJames GoldenYes there is coverage for a non-driver auto owner. Example grandpaw too old and slow to drive so he has his grandson who is of legal age or a friend or someone off the street with his permission. Coverage follows the auto and any occupants in the vehicle with owner permission. If someone steals the vehicle or takes it without permission there is still coverage on the car but there is none on the theif. That includes the bad boy grandson unless he happens to be living in the householdAnswered on September 4, 2013flag this answer
