    For the best rates having a good driving record is a factor. Either being a good student (3.0 or better) or professional degree may help. Multiple polices with the same company and even multiple vehicles for an over all vehicle to vehicle rate. Generally married runs a better rate then single. Also how much you drive and type of vehicle you drive not to mention the coverage's you chose all have bearing on your rates.
