There are two companies available to individuals and families in South Carolina. They are Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Blue Choice which are essentially the same company. In addition there are cheaper non-ACA policies that can be purchased but will not keep the purchaser from the end of year penalty imposed by Obama.Answered on July 14, 2016flag this answer
