A little more context would have helped here.  I will presume you are asking about staying on your husband's group health insurance.  Here you can get a definitive Yes and No.  It really is now a matter of the husband's employer's personnel policies.  As a general rule in 2o14, employers who are offering group health insurance to their employees also make that coverage available to the employee's dependents, including spouses.

One of the oddities of the Affordable Care Act is that it does not define spouses as being eligible dependents.  So, technically, as long as they offer coverage to dependent children, an employer could actually exclude spouses from coverage under the terms of its group health plan and be within the letter of the law.  Very few employers have taken things to the extreme of completely dropping spouses from eligibility.  You do, however, see a growing move to either require working spouses who have coverage available from their job to enroll in their employer's coverage or even more commonly, such spouses are assessed a higher premium from their spouse's health plan if they could be covered elsewhere and waive that coverage.  This is an area where employer policies are evolving rapidly so it will be wise to stay up to date on these matters with your husband's coverage.

The answer to this question could be yes or no, depending on a variety of factors. If your husband has an individual policy, not related to his employer, than you can certainly remain on his policy. If your husband's coverage is employer sponsored, then the rules set by the employer's plan would be the guiding factor in this answer.
