To be eligible for health coverage through the Marketplace, you:
must live in the United States
must be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present)
can't be currently incarcerated
So unfortunately you may not. If for some reason you are able(allowed) to purchase through an online application in which it either does not ask the questions or if you actually falsify your information, when there is a claim the insurance company will validate the policy and ultimately cancel the policy and no claims will be paid.
