   As a result of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, no one can be denied health insurance, in Idaho or any other state.  That said, you  can only enroll during the annual open enrollment period, or if you have a life changing event that results in a special election period. It's also important to note that not all forms of insurance to cover your health are subject to the ACA (such as temporary or short term plans), and those policies may still be allowed to deny coverage.
