    Older people usually pay more than younger ones.

    Healthier people pay less than those who have medical conditions.

    Plan design also weighs heavily on the rate. Plans with low deductibles (less than $2000) and copay's are more expensive than a high deductible plan that lacks copay's.

    A family of 6 will pay more than a family of 2.
