    This depends on a number of factors in your plan including, your premium is, your deductible, coinsurance, copayments, maximum out-of-pocket - these amounts will vary by plan so you want to make sure of what you have and that it's a plan that is suitable to your needs and budget. It's not always best to just buy what's cheapest or the most comprehensive.
