    Overall, there is never a "cutoff" for health insurance - there is health insurance available to you in one form or another.

    Individuals under age 65 will generally look at health insurance on the individual marketplace, unless you have an option for group coverage through your employer. 

    For individuals turning 65 and older, you would generally be on/looking into signing up for Medicare Parts A & B.
