    The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is the official title of the new health care reform in the U.S. scheduled to go into effect in 2014, although business with 50 employers or more have until 2015 to implement it.  The street name is Obamacare, named after the President’s signature legislation that was upheld by the Supreme Court.
