    Health insurance will cover just about everything that is medically necessary. If you're looking for coverage for elective procedures (e.g. cosmetic surgeries that aren't medically necessary), you would be paying 100% of those expenses.

    In short, once you hit your annual out-of-pocket maximum, any additional care given for the rest of the year would be covered at 100%. Until that point, you would be responsible for paying your deductible and any coinsurance or copayments for services provided by healthcare professionals (your doctors, nurses, surgeons, etc.).
