   Great question and one I just went through with one of our clients. Some carriers do not cover this at all while others cover it at 100%. Not sure why the variance under the new ACA but it is there. Assurant Health's plans cover this at 100%. Coventry does not. Did you know when you use an insurance agent to help you with coverage that there is no additional cost to you? None!
