   Homeowners insurance excludes insects and vermin. Terminates and the damage they would cause are not covered under a homeowners insurance policy but fall under maintenance by the homeowner. I highly suggest upon discovery of termites you immediately call a professional to deal with the termites before any further damage can occur to your home.
